Is retro chic still a thing in 2023?
Apparently, yes when it comes to Florence and its visitors during the biggest menswear fair – Pitti Uomo (10-13 January). This is a professional event, I think, even the most important when it comes to men’s fashion.

The numbers are impressive: 13,500 buyers in total entered the fair, representing 6,500 sales and distribution companies (boutiques, retailers, multi-brand, department and specialty stores, retail chains, specialised e-commerce platforms), for a 200% increase compared to January 2022: over 9,000 (+ 190%) Italian and around 4,500 (+260%) foreign buyers, representing 33% of the total.

This was my first time during this expo, which left a deep impression on the general atmosphere. If you ever need inspiration for workwear, just keep scrolling through the gallery from Pitti Uomo fair – endless variations and styles for any occasion.
