Pastels are always a good idea in spring. If you’re looking to add some colour to your outfit, do it softly with pastel shades. These hues look bright, but in a more subtle manner. My way of wearing pastel shades depends on my look – having a contrast look, I match soft hues with vibrant or dark colours.
This salmon-coloured suit was designed by Faina and tailored for a loose fit. I’m wearing it with a matching Inga Xavier satchel bag (both available at HAY-HAY). Styled with floral low-heeled pumps, this outfit is perfect for transitioning from day to play. And remember, vivid pink may be in trend now, but pastel shades are more lasting and suit a variety of styles.
