White beach dress

Summer - season of refreshment. I'm continuing to enjoy it a lot. 

Want to boast a little - this stunning knitted dress was made by my good friend Anait Mesropjan. She was doing that for herself and I guess that took her enormous amount of time. Because of that this dress looks very good. Especially during the promenade on the beach. Frankly saying, I don't have any knitted garment in my summer wardrobe. But this thing went very well with the slippers and the summer hat. So the first experiment was a success.

Ужасно хочется похвастаться потрясающим платьем, которое связала моя знакомая Анаит Месропян. Трудно представить, сколько времени у неё это заняло. Но когда что то делаешь для себя, всегда получается хорошо. Платье отлично подходит для вечерних прогулок по пляжу. По правде говоря, в моем летнем гардеробе нет ничего вязаного, но в данном случае, я готова сделать исключение. В связи с этим могу смело сказать, что очередной эксперимент удался.

By the Seaside

Tallinn Maritime Days took place this weekend. Lots of people gathered in the harbor to watch different ships. But the most expecting one was the grandest four-masted sailing ship "Krusenstern". It looked fabulous. I guess the whole event inspired me to wear this tight-fitting striped dress. Frankly saying, I have very many similar striped dresses in marine theme in my wardrobe. The reason for that is one and the only - we live on the seashore. Though my origins are far far away from Tallinn, my face is always turned to the sea. 

В эти выходные в Таллинне проходил фестиваль морских дней. Огромное количество народу собралось в порту для того, чтобы посмотреть на различные корабли, погулять по ярмарке, принять участие в мероприятиях... Но самым главным событием стал прибывший легендарный барк Крузенштерн. И в самом деле он выглядел потрясающе. Именно эти события вдохновили меня на то, чтобы надеть полосатое платье. Если честно, в моем гардеробе таких похожих "морских" платьев не счесть. Единственное оправдание, которое я могу этому дать - это то, что мы живем в морском городе. Несмотря на то, что мои корни очень далеки от Таллинна, но мне сложно представить свою жизнь без моря. Именно оно является моим вдохновением в очень многих случаях.

Tutti Frutti

Tutti frutti in Italian means "all fruits". Unfortunately, the colors of my outfit do not reflect the whole variety of those bright colors which we have during the summer period. But the vivid flashes in my look show extreme desire for prolonging the cheerful days as much as possible. Shortly, hyper colors and floral prints made me happy. Try to mix some gaudy colors and the joyful mood is guaranteed. ;) Guys, it´s real summer in the city!

Тутти фрутти с итальянского означает "все фрукты". Несмотря на то, что цвета моего "лука" пока ещё далеки от того, чтобы отобразить на нем всю "летнюю" палитру. Но такие яркие вспышки говорят лишь об одном - как безумно мне хочется продлить эти счастливые и почти беззаботные дни. Для гарантированно хорошего настроения можно смело пробовать сочетания цветочного принта с яркими красками. Невероятно, но на улице по настоящему жаркое лето! ;)
